Our Music Minister Travis Burns blends favorite worship music such as, spiritual songs and hymns together, accompanied by piano, guitars, Hammond organ, drums and our Choir followed by sound, solid preaching from our Pastor, Reverend Michael Welch. WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
On Wednesday evenings we have a time of prayer & Bible study in our sanctuary led by our Pastor, Reverend Michael Welch. Service begins at 6:30pm.
REACH YOUTH MINISTRY
OPEN GYM Wednesday evenings for our youth ministry starts at 5:30pm! Everyone is invited to hang out in the Family Life Center to play basketball or volleyball, shoot pool, play video games or snack in THE CAFE. All are welcome!
WORSHIP IN THE ROCK

Michael Welch has served as the Lead Pastor here at Clearview since February 2017. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s of Christian Ministry from North Greenville University. He and his wife Paige were married in 2001 and have 4 children. He passionately desires to see the church reach the community and for the people to put their faith in Jesus Christ.
Travis Burns began serving as the Music Minister at Clearview in the spring of 2000. His passion for church music began as a child at home, and he continued his training at the Stamps-Baxter School of Music on the campus of Belmont University. Travis and his wife Michelle were married in 1988, and they have 3 children. His love for people and desire to assist them in worshiping God through music, fuels his ministry here.
Jim Burns has been at Clearview for 5 ½ years. He attended Tennessee Temple University and has been in full time ministry for 48 years. Jim is married to Carol, and they have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. His passion is ...
Brian Richardson has been Clearview’s Children’s Minister for 8 years and is a graduate of Blue Ridge High School. He is married to Christy and has 2 children. Brian’s passion is children’s ministries. He fulfills his passion through his ministry at Clearview, in local schools through Good News Club, being the Travelers Rest High School mascot-GO DEVILDOGS, as well as visiting and reading to children in schools.

Eric Anderson has been serving as the Outreach Minister at Clearview since 2011 and is a graduate from Travelers Rest High School. He is married to Lisa and has 2 children. His passion is to see people learning God’s Word, looking to God’s Word, and living God’s Word to make an impact on a lost and dying world.

Lisa Anderson joined the Clearview staff in 2014 as the Administrator of Communications. She is married to Eric, and they have 2 children. Lisa’s desire is to reach others for Christ through missions and for the ladies’ ministries here at Clearview. She enjoys helping people find an area of ministry where they can begin to serve.
Amanda Hodge is our Ministry Assistant at Clearview Baptist Church. She is married to Michael and they have two children. Amanda has served in ministry in the local church alongside her husband for over 20 years. They have served with the International Mission Board and continue to be on mission locally and abroad. She enjoys meeting new people, hearing their stories, and sharing with them the love of Christ
